Engagement session at sunset/ Hengistbury Head
Sara & Jordan
Sara & Jordan chose one of my favourite Dorset locations for their couple’s session- Hengistbury Head. We started walking through the golden heath that lead toward the rocky beach. We continued our walk on the path that curves steeply up a hill- but absolutely worth the trek! The stunning views of the sea below and Bournemouth behind you – before opening out at the top of the headland with views of the ocean for miles.
We ended our time at Hengistbury head on the rocky beach below, where Sara and Jordan enjoyed a little play in the water. I feel like the beach brings out the inner child in us al. It was my pleasure to capture the love these two have for each other- frolicking around and just have fun together with no worries in the world.

I am so lucky to be a Dorset wedding and engagement photographer because there are so many beautiful locations for engagement photography in Dorset. Hannah & Charles chose Kimmeridge Bay for their engagement shoot location and it was absolutely perfect.
A couple weeks before I did a little recce to find a location near the coast for them. There was a little spit of land that I had originally planned to take them to, but because we ended up getting to Kimmeridge Bay much earlier than planned, the tide was out! We went for a walk and found this little gem of a location around the corner, not far from the Clavell Tower. It was absolutely freezing, but Hannah and Chaz took every opportunity to snuggle, get close and embrace their love for each other.
Every image gave me the stunning backdrop of the amazing Jurassic coast. If you’re planning your wedding and would like to invest in a Dorset engagement shoot then feel free to get in touch. I’d love to talk to you about how we can work together to create beautiful and timeless images of you and your fiancé.
